No one else will ever match his spirit of true randomness - encumbered as they are by preoccupations with what is 'hip' or 'underground' or 'leftfield' etc etcwooodenelephanthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02346113038625327893noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22254357.post-37927360621216870582007-09-25T14:43:00.000+02:002007-09-25T14:43:00.000+02:00Howard, so sorry to have taken so long to acknowle...Howard, so sorry to have taken so long to acknowlege this. Thank you very much for the upload. I'm glad you managed to find it and I hope it brings much pleasure to all those concerned.

I mentioned it to my Mother and she remembers them well enough. I've yet to play it to her but I'm sure she'll love it.

I'm listening to it now and must add a track to an upcoming Faith Healer mix. The reason I loved Peelie's programmes so much was that he was never a snob regarding music, just sincere. You'd hear all types side-by-side unincumbered by age or genre. Just how it should be. Fascism doesn't belong in art.

Thanks again Howard - great tunes. :Ddomestic empirehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11076998656086183875noreply@blogger.com
